These terms apply when you use house.weareelixir.co.uk or buy products from House of Elixir. House of Elixir is operated by We Are Elixir Studio Ltd.

Products

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and physical products. Product availability may change. Some products may be produced or fulfilled on demand by Printful or another approved fulfilment partner.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it in accordance with the checkout process. If we cannot accept an order, for example because a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be authorised or there is an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless the site states otherwise. Delivery charges and any other charges will be shown before you complete checkout. Payment is handled by the payment provider available at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times may depend on production, fulfilment destination and carrier services. We will provide the delivery information available to us during or after checkout. Unless a different timeframe is agreed with you, consumer orders will be handled in accordance with applicable UK distance-selling requirements.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you will normally have the legal right to cancel eligible goods within 14 days after receiving them. After telling us you are cancelling, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Any statutory exceptions still apply.

Goods that are made to your individual specification or are clearly personalised may fall within a legal exception to the change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove your legal rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us with your order details so we can review the issue and provide the remedy required by law.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the House of Elixir name, branding, website design, artwork, product graphics, written content and other original material on this site are owned by or licensed to We Are Elixir Studio Ltd. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Using this website

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, subject always to your statutory rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used when you visit or shop with House of Elixir.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to an order are the terms in force when that order is placed. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
