Change of mind

UK consumers buying eligible goods online normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us they want to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them. Statutory exceptions may apply, including for goods made to an individual’s specification or clearly personalised.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as practical and include your order number and clear details of the problem. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method in accordance with applicable consumer law. For an eligible distance-selling cancellation, the standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law.
